Chinese Customer Support Associate (Philippines)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer support to Chinese speaking customers by inline chat, email and telephone.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports with the date compiled at backend system.
  • Provide effective feedback to the management concerning process flow and interdepartmental concerns when necessary
  • Willing to work on shifts

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors’s/ College Degree of any field
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
