Chinese VIP Customer Support Associate (Philippines)

Purpose: Deliver the highest quality of service to Asian BGE High Value Customers

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with knowledgeable support to all customer request across all products and all channels
  • Provide immediate and accurate response to all customer contacts on social media, phone, e-mail and live chat
  • Delivering first time resolution to all customer requests up to authority and permission levels
  • Creating and constantly developing unique positive personal relationships with all High Value Customers
  • Maintain customer profiling and communication database history for all High Value Customers
  • Ensure that High Value Customer transactions are completes accurately and timeously
  • Able to confidently promote other products and services where appropriate
  • Active outbound calling to develop the lifetime value of the Customer

Requirements:

  • Very strong customer and interpersonal skills
  • Good all round Sporting knowledge particularly in football
  • A good knowledge in betting
  • A working knowledge of casino, poker and games products
  • Computer literate including e-mail, live chat and SMS communications
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Commitment to delivering faultless service
  • Can work on own initiative but also possess a strong teamwork ethic
  • Ability to work under pressure and in fast moving environment
  • Adaptable, flexible and reliable
  • Clear communication skills with excellent telephone manner
  • Interest in the Internet Betting and Gaming products
  • Willing to Relocate in Makati City, Philippines
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English
