Responsibilities:

  • Support work for Korean player
  • Support work for the players through email
  • Daily translation work (blurbs, ticker, updating contents)
  • Telemarketing

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
  • Has good customer support knowledge
  • Willing to learn new knowledge and skills
  • Excellent Telephone and chat skills
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule
  • Required language(s): English, Korean
